After a year of record growth, digital real estate company Opendoor is looking to Canada to strengthen its technical talents.
Opendoor this week announced plans to hire nearly 100 product development engineers in Canada, starting with Toronto.
The new staff, who will be hired over the next few years, will help strengthen the financial platforms, pricing systems and technology infrastructure that are integral to Opendoor’s operations.

Founded in 2014 and based in San Francisco, Opendoor is a digital platform for residential real estate that aims to make buying or selling a home easier and faster.
Several positions have already been posted for the company’s expansion in Toronto, including that of MLS Ingestion Engineer, Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer and Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack.
