Boul. Bess. Real Estate Company Ltd., with offices in Crawford and Wyandot counties, has grown since its inception in the fall of 2016. But its mission to be a benchmark agency in the profession remains the same.

“Consulting with a real estate agent and guiding them through their next move is important to me,” said the broker’s owner, Monica Bess. “I want to serve the residents of Crawford and Wyandot County and just be a resource to them.”

Bess, who grew up in northern Crawford County, travels between the Upper Sandusky office of Bess Blvd. and his company’s new location at 201 W. Charles St., Bucyrus, which opened in 2018 and now has three agents.

Residents, Bess said, are encouraged to stop by with questions about listings and the real estate market in general or speak with one of their realtors about their current home or get advice on finding the perfect home. on the road.

Bess, a graduate of Wynford High School, went on to earn a degree from Ohio State University. She worked in real estate for 10 years in both Marion and Findlay, then with Real Living Realty in the Bucyrus, Marion and Tiffin markets.

A member of the National Association of Realtors, Bess has earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist aimed at helping buyers and sellers over the age of 50. She is also a Seller Representative Specialist, or SRS, and is active with the Ohio Association of Realtors.

Bess and her husband, Samuel, owner of Bess Appraisals in Nevada, have two sons, ages eight and 11. They are strong advocates of school and community involvement and often donate to community foundations in honor of past clients.

“Whenever someone is in the market to buy or sell, we just hope they give us consideration to get to know each other and talk to us,” she said. “We would really like to help them and just be a resource for them.”
