Las Vegas, Nevada – The Institute of Real Estate Management Nominating Committee has announced its 2021 slate of IREM officers, including nominee, former IREM Chapter 99 Las Vegas President Angelina Scarcelli, CPM, CCIM Colliers International, AMO Las Vegas, as 2021-2022 Term, Regional Vice President.
The prestigious role with a two-year term begins at the end of the 2020 IREM Annual Meeting until the end of the 2022 IREM Annual Meeting. Newly elected officers will serve with 2021 President WA “Chip” Watts IV, CPM, CCIM , of Watts Realty Co., Inc., AMO, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Formerly Past President of IREM Chapter 99 Las Vegas, Angelina serves as Director of Operations for Property Management in the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. Recently obtained the title of certified member in commercial investment (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute. Scarcelli was among 228 commercial real estate professionals who earned the designation by passing the CCIM Institute’s comprehensive exam, the key component of the designation process.
The election of IREM Regional Officers and Vice Presidents, including IREM Vegas Chapter 99 Officer Angelina Scarcelli, will take place at the Board Meeting held in conjunction with the Global Summit of IREM in Toronto, October 23, 2020.
