CHICAGO – Institute of Real Estate Management will honor the best in the property management profession this year with the 2019 Real Estate Management Excellence (REME) Awards.
Individuals and businesses of any asset class and size can submit their own entry or nominate others to be considered for an award in any of the six categories available.
All finalists will be recognized and the winners will be announced at the Inaugural Gala and REME Awards at the 2019 IREM World Summit in San Francisco on September 26, 2019.
Since 2015, the REME Awards have been celebrating innovative business practices and successful initiatives that advance the profession of property manager. Previous winners include Bentall Kennedy, Blanton Turner, Cortland, Cushman & Wakefield, Draper & Kramer, Freeman Webb, JLL and SL Green, among others.

REME 2019 award categories include:
• Business innovation
• Corporate and social responsibility
• Employee and leadership development
• AMO® of the year
• CPM® of the year
• ARM® of the year
The IREM Foundation also accepts nominations for three awards recognizing people who have made a significant contribution to the profession, to their communities or to society as a whole through their work in property management: the J. Wallace Paletou award, the Lloyd D. Hanford, the Sr. Prize and the Louise L. Prize and YT Lum. The Foundation award winners will be announced along with the REME winners at the IREM World Summit.
Submissions for all prizes must be submitted by June 15, 2019.
