FAIRFIELD, CT – Real estate technology company Compass recently opened a new office in Fairfield.
Compass administrators and real estate agents were joined on December 2 by community leaders for a groundbreaking ceremony at the office, 1 Sasco Hill Road.
Compass’s expansion to Fairfield reflects the company’s recent growth across the state and country. Since 2018, Compass has opened six Connecticut offices in Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Westport and now Fairfield. Over the past year, the business has expanded to 14 new metropolitan areas, including St. Louis, Minneapolis and Charlotte.

The Compass Fairfield office, a 4,000 square foot space that previously housed Bankwell Executive Suites, will house agents such as Katie O’Grady, Helene Daly, David Kasnoff and Krista Alecia. Their combined expertise will allow more buyers and sellers to work with agents serving clients in Fairfield and across the Gold Coast from Connecticut to Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull, Milford and beyond.

Compass Connecticut has hosted many high profile agents in recent years. According to Real Trends 2020, 15 small Compass teams made it to the top 50 teams in the state, far surpassing any other brokerage firm.
The new office comes at a time when Compass is investing heavily in digital tools. Compass Lens, for example, was launched last year. The Al-powered tool lets homeowners imagine what homes look like with cosmetic upgrades. Compass also recently launched Video Studio, a video suite that allows agents to create personalized ad videos in minutes through Compass’s proprietary platform.
