Ryan Companies’ Property Management and Construction Services Team Announces the Addition of Several Important Properties to Southwest’s Management Portfolio, Including: Make-A-Wish America, CopperPoint Insurance Companies, 777 Tower at Novus Innovation Corridor and Chandler Airport Commerce Park.
Ryan’s Property Management Team offers real estate management, building maintenance, transition management, lease acceleration and construction management, and 75% of their assignments in the southwest are contracts with third parties.

Ryan made another transition — as a new property management team for Make-A-Wish America. The team will focus on customer service, financial budgeting, expense control, lease administration, day-to-day supplier operations, building maintenance and tenant engagement.
