“We were the first company to bring unity and community to ownership. Our goal is to effectively manage the multiple needs of HOA and to work with owners and board members to make the property an even better place to live, ”said Trion President Carmelo Milio, CPM.

Trion Property Management was selected as a property management company for the Shorehaven Homeowners Association located at 15 White Plains Road in the Bronx. With 899 units covering 40 acres, Shorehaven is made up of seven homeowners associations and one umbrella association. The SHOA board of directors was looking for a single company to take over the management of the entire complex to better unify the community and provide improved services.

“In Shorehaven’s 30-year history, there has never been a single company capable of handling all of the independent condominiums, two-family homes and the entire Shorehaven Homeowners Association,” said Haydee Rosario, president of the board of directors of the SHOA. “Our complex structure required us to seek out a competent management company that would provide a holistic approach to manage all properties and improve communication between residents and staff.”

“We took on this challenge head-on with the enthusiastic support of the various HOAs and the Board of Directors, and we were able to complete the transition of seven independent condominiums and the umbrella association over a period of six months,” said the president of Trion, Carmelo Milio, CPM. . “We were the first company to bring unity and community to the property and we are proud of what has been accomplished so far. Our goal is to effectively manage the different needs of HOA and to work with owners and board members to make the property an even better place to live.

The most difficult task was to transition the 899 units while meeting strict COVID requirements. The Trion team needed to unite staff, connect with local managers on the needs of different facilities and initiate public meetings online to better communicate with all parties involved. The next steps are to create a unique website, upgrade the technology, renovate the gatehouse at the entrance to the community with state-of-the-art security, and install cameras all around the perimeter.
