WOONSOCKET, RI – A venerable local real estate company has changed its name and reopened to the community.

After 22 years in real estate, Duane Boucher renamed Boucher Real Estate to RE / MAX Premier Properties.

Boucher was the Northern RI Board’s top real estate agent for the years 2009, 2011, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and regularly receives production awards for sales excellence. He served two terms as President of Statewide MLS, was selected as the 2017 RI Real Estate Agent of the Year, and is currently Chairman of the State Professional Standards Committee.
