WOONSOCKET, RI – A venerable local real estate company has changed its name and reopened to the community.
After 22 years in real estate, Duane Boucher renamed Boucher Real Estate to RE / MAX Premier Properties.

Boucher was the Northern RI Board’s top real estate agent for the years 2009, 2011, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and regularly receives production awards for sales excellence. Boucher has received the five-star award for superior service and overall customer satisfaction every year since the inception of the program in 2012.
He served two terms as President of Statewide MLS, was selected as the 2017 RI Real Estate Agent of the Year, and is currently Chairman of the State Professional Standards Committee. He is also a director of the Northern RI Board of Directors and has served on various committees over the years to support the organization.
Boucher’s goal is to provide its agents with state-of-the-art RE / MAX technology, hands-on support, training and a positive team atmosphere. When asked why he decided to switch to RE / MAX, Boucher said:
